TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • All bookings are subject to availability and operate on a first-come-first-served basis.
  • Bookings are for accommodation only and excludes meals, drinks and activities.
  • Bookings in Peak Season (School Holidays & Public Holidays) are excluded from the Dream Escapes product.
  • Occupation periods (mid-week, full week, weekend) vary between resorts. Please consult the Resort Guide a the back of the Holiday Companion to confirm occupation periods for each resort.
  • Bookings can be made in advance provided the client has adequate credits.
  • Dream Escapes is a Fixed Term 12-month product. Credits can be accumulated and are valid for use for a period of 24 months from date of purchase.
  • Dream Escapes packages can be paid in full upfront or, alternatively can be paid monthly on debit order over a 12-month period.

 

HOW TO MAKE A BOOKING

Login to your account and click 'Make a Booking' on the left menu on  your dashboard to begin. Simply browse for the resort you wish to book at to view availability. Once you find the dates you wish to book, click 'Book' next to the desired availability and follow the easy to complete prompts.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancelling less than 30 days prior to occupation will result in the forfeiture of your credits for your booking.
  • Cancellations must be provided in writing and emailed to bookings@dream-escapes.co.za.

 

4-Night Midweek Break Terms & Conditions

  • The 4-night Midweek Break Coupon is not transferable for cash and is valid for 6 months after being activated.
  • The 4-night midweek break will only be issued once three successful debit orders have been collected or immediately after successful cash purchase of a fully paid-up Dream Escapes membership.
  • Dream Escapes cannot be held liable for any damage caused through the use of the facility.
  • The coupon is for accommodation only and excludes all meals, activities, transport expenses and any extras for the Dream Escapes members account. Accommodation is subject to availability and excludes Peak periods, School Holidays and Long weekends.
  • Only one coupon can be redeemed at a time.
  • The Coupon can only be redeemed by the client it is made out to.
